Our experience indicates that many times training is not the proper intervention to address a particular problem and close the performance gap. This is why our process with all clients begins with an initial assessment of the issues and an analysis of contributing factors. If the determination of our analysis team includes some type of training incorporated in the intervention, learning objectives will be established based on desired results (outcomes).
